Campaign Provisioning Coordinator

As part of the campaign operations and certification teams, you will be responsible for supporting their day-to-day activities. Excellent organization and communication skills are essential in this fast-paced environment as you will be required to manage several daily reports and assist team members with projects and administrative tasks. In this role, you will learn the exciting mobile messaging and payments industry from the ground up.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Generate campaign provisioning reports to be used for status updates and other tracking purposes. Escalate aging items to the Director when appropriate.
  • Maintain the data integrity of internal tools to ensure they reflect accurate campaign and client information.
  • Assist team members with carrier related projects and tasks.
  • Maintain current procedural documentation for the department Wiki page.
  • Gain an understanding of US Mobile Operator and Industry compliance.
  • Perform basic campaign configurations using internal web-based user interfaces.
  • Manage select mobile campaigns through marketing launch.
  • Liaise with Account Managers and Campaign Managers on cross functional projects.
  • Other job related tasks as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

  • Four year college education or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and familiarity with using online web tools
  • Ability to embrace learning new technology in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management, organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage a complex workload across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Flexibility to address continually changing priorities as required by the business
  • Calm composure and works well under pressure.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Understanding of the mobile ecosystem and familiarity with mobile and/or carrier submission process.
