Darcy Wedd

Chief Executive Officer

Darcy Wedd is an accomplished mobile executive with over 16 years of experience in the mobile industry. He is a member of the Mobile Payments Committee of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) as well as holds executive leadership roles within other industry and regulatory bodies focused on the growth and maturation of network operator payment technologies. Darcy is a frequently requested speaker at influential industry events and a recognized thought leader. He was a founding member of one of the fastest growing carrier billing companies in North America, ultimately resulting in the creation of North America's largest operator network billing provider. Wedd brings a rich heritage in mobile, a proven track record of leading profitable companies and an inspirational vision to payvia.

Daniel Machock

Chief Financial Officer

Daniel has extensive experience overseeing business performance and finance across multiple industries including Internet search and directory services, software and consulting and local marketing. Previously, Machock served as VP of Finance at R.H Donnelly Interactive (restructured to become DexOne Corporation NASDAQ:DEXO), VP of Finance and Corporate Controller for Business.com Inc. and also held additional financial and accounting positions at uBid.com, Aleri Inc., and Ernst and Young. Machock holds a bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University.

James Citron

Chief Marketing Officer

James is widely regarded as one of the foremost experts on mobile video and MMS in the United States. He founded Mogreet in 2006, growing the company to become the leader in mobile video and rich media messaging, and serving as CEO until its acquisition by payvia in 2013. As Chief Marketing Officer, James leads sales and marketing for payvia's innovative mobile payments and engagement solutions.


James is a frequent speaker at major digital and mobile industry events, a published author, educator and advisor to early-stage companies. Prior to Mogreet, James built a multi-million dollar mobile phone personalization business, which he launched globally with Motorola, and worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank Securities advising large telecommunications companies on mergers and acquisition strategies. Prior to Deutsche Bank, James built one of the first college social networks. James is a graduate of Princeton University.

Alek Zdziarski

Chief Technology Officer

Alek has over 15 years' experience in the creation of new internet and SaaS products. He has a diverse range of experiences from early work at Cisco, through e-commerce and outsourcing at Dimension Data, through to high availability online services in the financial and telecommunications industries, and for the last five years has focused on transactions and payments both in the US and internationally. He loves creating fantastic products, driving software development, and leading engineers. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, a Master's in Software and Telecommunications as well as an MBA from Henley Business School, UK. He is responsible for the creation and innovation of payvia's software platforms and services.

Alan Sege

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Alan is an accomplished executive and attorney with over 17 years of diverse legal and management experience in information technology, media and payments industries. In the past, Alan was VP and General Counsel of Roamware, Inc. and SVP of Advanta Bank and has held general counsel, leadership and innovation roles in a number of technology and venture capital firms. Sege began his legal career as an attorney at Irell & Manella, LLP, where he worked for a range of startups and large companies in the computer technology, Internet and entertainment industries. Sege received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center (magna '94), and his bachelor's degree (Hons '89) from Oberlin College.

Erdolo Eromo

Senior Vice President, Business Development and Client Relations

Erdolo is the chief cornerstone to the company's global sales and marketing structure and an expert in identifying trends in the mobile commerce space as well as finding new opportunities in which the mobile phone can be used as a billing platform. His efforts in the last year alone have grown the company's annual gross revenues by 400%. Since 2006, Eromo has been bringing to the Executive Team his contagious enthusiasm and drive to succeed. Eromo received an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University.

Fraser Thompson

Executive Vice President, Operations

With over 10 years of experience across multiple industries including telecommunications, online media, and consulting, Fraser Thompson is known for his driven leadership, acuity and ability to execute, with proven success in launching products, expanding into new markets, and developing corporate strategy. Thompson is an experienced management consultant and previously held a key strategy role at Jambo Mobile (now a Motricity company), Thompson holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Kevin Spector

Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships

Kevin Spector joined payvia earlier this year, bringing 18 years of experience in finance, digital media and payments. Spector joins from The Funmobile Group where he was VP of Business Development and Carrier Relations. Before entering the wireless industry in 2005 with m-Qube, Spector spent the previous five years in strategic business development roles helping to grow early-stage interactive marketing firms into profitable companies. Spector has also held investment and operations roles at Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments until 2000.
